I used to listen to Whole Wheat Radio, streamed live from Talkeetna AK. It was a laid-back, mom&pop operation, and it helped me imagine myself back in the early 50s and the dawn of what became Pacifica Radio.
I've always been a radio fan, and from 6th grade on I lived in a sweet spot where I could listen to NYC and Philadelphia stations.
