WisCon 41 was great. I got a few chances to use the scripts you provided but mostly it was celebratory. I am able to sit up, think, move around fairly easily the next day, which represents such a lovely change. I got to see many annual friends and make some news ones.

And I have notes and will be trickling those out soon.

but over the years:

• Got to know many people, which minimizes the "I'm in a crowd of strangers!" feeling. (When I knew a few people, I sorta clung to them. If they weren't around, I'd get anxious.)
• Kindness & love emanating from my annual friends
• Felt like everyone at con was radiating "happy to be among my peeps"
• Much better mental health generally thanks to EMDR
• Better psych meds
• No headaches, probably due to super-air-conditioning in hotel.
• Constant protein snacks.
• Lots of water
• Tall cups of caffeine in each morning
