When I was offline, I was able to watch instructional Youtube videos on my iPad to watch. It also lets you rotate and flip the video, download a wide variety of formats, or simply play the video in a low-stress ad-free environment.

It also supports downloading Facebook videos, so you can break content out of the %$#@ walled garden.
