I started nose-watering (literal translation of "nasal irrigation") about the same time I got my first CPAP. I use kosher salt (no iodine) and tap water (recently tested) at somewhat higher than body temperature -- around bath temperature. I recently got a new neti pot from Health and Yoga; it's noticeably bigger than the older one I got from that company. The instructions say that it holds 450ml.

I love my neti pot.
