I listen to a lot of 'em. I generally listen on the show’s own site, since that’s where the links and credits appear. I also listen in Overcast, a well-designed iOS app from Marco Ament, the programmer who gave us Instapaper and Tumblr.

Podcast Preservation

Anyone who makes audio anything, especially podfic and podcasts, should take a listen to this focused instructional series on creating systems that work over time.

Audio and PDF zine, some of which is readable text.

Preserve This Podcast! is an Andrew W. Mellon grant-funded project hosted by the Metropolitan New York Library Council (METRO) to help podcasters protect their work against the threats of digital decay. The team is producing a zine workbook and a 5-part podcast series, as well as a series of traveling workshops. The project is co-led by three archivists who love to listen to podcasts, and want to make sure future generations can love listening just as much: Molly Schwartz (METRO), Mary Kidd (New York Public Library), and Dana Gerber-Margie (University of Wisconsin-Madison).

A new location for Apple podcasts

Apple’s changing the way they serve podcasts: there’s now a "podcast.apple.com" domain. You can’t visit there directly, but if you plug

podcastname podcast itunes

into your search engine of choice, you’ll find the link. Answering [personal profile] luzula’s question, plug

containers podcast iTunes

into DuckDuckGo and find:

https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/containers/id1209559177

However, one can only stream from that site. That’s one advantage of iTunes’ otherwise terrible software—it lets you download the MP3 files.

When Podcast Universes Collide! Roman Mars and Reply All

If it should be that 99% Invisible breaks someone’s bluetooth-to-car-stereo link, then Reply All would be the folks who would figure out why.
