Noticed an uptick in spam lately? denise knows why! In case you’re not subscribed to dw_news, it’s time to do two things to ensure your DW account is safe (and reduce the spam).

Confirm DW email

https://www.dreamwidth.org/manage/settings/ Are you receiving mail at the address listed? If not, update it to a working email.

Change Your Dreamwidth Password

https://www.dreamwidth.org/changepassword If you've ever used your DW password on another site (or aren’t sure if you may have used it somewhere else).

While you’re at it, visit https://haveIbeenpwned.com to see all of the times your email/password combo has been stolen.
