help: LiveJournal Posts Endlessly Reloading

When I visit any LJ user/community, just as the content finally fills up my screen the page reloads. Over and over.

Happens in both Safari and Brave (Chromium). I do have Adblock at the system level on my macOS Catalina laptop; I do have livejournal.com whitelisted for AdBlock.

Hmmm - hard to advise as I use a PC for my laptop, but I do use safari on iPad. I tried being logged in or out, and with Safari adblock on the iPad on or off. I didn't get that reloading happening (on any browser or device) but I do recall being annoyed by it in the past once or twice. Could it be a temporary tech glitch with LJ? Or alternatively, is it to do with your LJ settings? Like, can you change how the pages load with LJ - whether you have to click between pages or it's a continuous feed?

I caved and created a read-only account, and it didn't happen any more.

I get this a lot on my phone in safari with sites with ads.
I think I can reproduce this in Chrome and Safari on my Mac (Mojave).
LJ loads successfully in Firefox with ad-blocking ON, so you may wish to try turning your adblock back to full strength for LJ.
