jesse_the_kBeginning to return to normal post-Con energy levels. I think I'm over that snotty cold, but my thyroid values are sinking mysteriously: after five years I'm going to an endocrinologist next month. It might be something fixable! Wouldn't that be a change?
Liz Henry is a force of nature. Her principal public blog hosted real-time sleuthing in identifying the Amina blog fraud. She's also here on Dreamwidth asbadgerbag. She managed to get Ben Rosenberg to reflect on the meaning of literary and internet hoaxes, in the liquid thoughtful prose he always seem to have at his command. She parents! she sleuths! she supports thousands of other women bloggers in her day job. She bikes! She walks! She wheels! (I kinda have a crush on her.)
Planned net outage starting this Friday for a couple weeks. Which might be sad, but isn't because lunch in Chicago on Friday withmeloukhia, were_duck, and sasha_feather. I feel so metropolitan.
