  1. Do you think you have a healthy lifestyle?

Yes, I do. My friends are amazed at what I eat and I do 2 hours of health-maintenance work every day.

  1. What could you do to improve it?

I can’t imagine it now, but I’m sure it will come up.

  1. Are you tempted to eat every time you are hungry or do you wait for the next meal?

Snack-snack-snack-snack. I have to eat at least five smaller meals anyway, and then I snack between them.

  1. When are you most tempted to snack?

When my computer software (Rest) enforces a ten-minute pause.

  1. Do you agree with the saying: “Eat your breakfast, share your lunch with a friend and give your dinner to your enemy” or do you think it matters?

I have no idea what that means.

The version from Adelle Davis implies that breakfast should be a large meal of rich foods and dinner should be a small meal of cheap foods. (She was probably thinking of a world where paupers ate cabbage and barley, rather than boxed macaroni & cheese, or bread that was part sawdust.)

The version Jesse quoted goes farther. It's not about whether it's bad for you to eat too much late in the day. (I know that can be a problem for some people and some definitions of "too much.") It's not about whether it's bad for you to eat rich food late in the day. (That can also be a problem for some people, whether we define rich food as high fat, or spicy, or large amounts of fruit.) The version Jesse quoted says it's bad for a person to eat anything in the evening. So bad for you that you should give it to your enemy. You should not save it to eat in the morning when it would do you good! Better to give it to your enemy, who will eat it and be harmed. Ick.
