I have old lady feet.

• Lumpy with tender toes
• No fat padding on the bottom
• Need all the arch support
• Need sideways support since I'm a twisting genius

I found some truly comfy in-house shoes. They are completely seamless on the inside. The soles grip the floor like demonic fingernails. The insoles are as squishy as great steamed buns. They are uniformly black in color and therefore fade away. And they’re machine washable—although I’ve never had the need to wash my shoes by hand or by machine. (Only drawback is they don't have a toe rigid enough for opening doors while wheelchair-borne. But I have others which do.)

They are Skechers Go Walk 5. Cost me 65 bucks including tax. Go forth and be comfortable.

I have Skecher running shoes and like them a lot!

And they come in wide widths!! I am putting them on my list

They sound great but without lacing, I'd be worried that the heel would slip. My forefoot is wide but my heel is extra narrow.

and they also make bunches with laces as well, so maybe still a possibility.

I need to look at their velcro options. My mother is having trouble tying her shoes and is frustrated.
