Meanwhile, I’ve made 28 pieces since my last post. This one must have been inspired by the HAMILTON poster.

20” necklace of bronze freshwater pearls, lots of bronze gold and topaz glass beads, dangling a Murano glass gold foil star.

That's so pretty. I really love how the beads on the string make the central pendant stand out, like they're building it up.

Oh fab! It *does* look a bit like the Hamilton logo, but it's well-crafted enough that I could envisage one of the Schulyer sisters showing it off. :D

Oh interesting use of the button! I've had some people gift me some along with beads in the past and I have to admit I could rarely think of a good use for them.

I almost always make button toggles because my fingers hate lobster-claw clasps. Metal toggles are okay but the chill irks me. Making jewelry I’d enjoy wearing is part of the fun.
