I'm of Jewish ancestry but was brought up in the Church of England from which I retreated as soon as possible and became a Quaker (and as Christian-ish groups go, Quakers do things differently so I know nothing much about ritual or communing either as we don't do that sort of thing!

Other Christians tend to assume a lot about Quakers. I got it the other day with someone talking about the G-d of the trinity and how I'd believe that 'of course'. Um no, like most Quakers, I'm a unitarian!
