DW Feature: Can I Use Tags to Avoid Posts?

jesse_the_kFollowing up on yesterday's post, I think I can follow other's peoples' tags using post notifications. I don't think if I can suppress posts.
To follow, I turn on post notifications by example.
1. At a relevant post, click the "alarm" or "track" link.
2. In the pop-up "email me when" click the "more options" button
3. At the resulting "Manage Message Settings" screen, the bottom offers
One of the options will show
$name_of_journal posts a new entry tagged and then pick a tag from the dropdown menu.
Is this correct? Is there a way to suppress a post based on its tags?
