DW Feature: Can I Use Tags to Avoid Posts?

Following up on yesterday's post, I think I can follow other's peoples' tags using post notifications. I don't think if I can suppress posts.
To follow, I turn on post notifications by example.
1. At a relevant post, click the "alarm" or "track" link.
2. In the pop-up "email me when" click the "more options" button
3. At the resulting "Manage Message Settings" screen, the bottom offers
One of the options will show
$name_of_journal posts a new entry tagged and then pick a tag from the dropdown menu.
Is this correct? Is there a way to suppress a post based on its tags?

Date: 2017-01-31 11:40 pm (UTC)Currently, paid accounts can use the following advanced filters:
- Tags: Show only content that is labeled with a certain tag, or only content that is without a certain tag.

meta question & answer
Date: 2017-02-01 12:09 am (UTC)Ahhh! I see it now. There are several steps for us paid account users.
It all happens at the Manage Subscription Filters page
http://www.dreamwidth.org/manage/subscriptions/filters
1. create an "avoid" filter
2. add journal name whose content you want to block
3. select one journal name, and many "Options" fill the third column
Select "Show only content that" and then "the entry is tagged with" NONE of the tags and click on however that journal tags the current crisis in politics.
BUT
Can I filter my reading list with more than one filter at a time?
Re: meta question & answer
Date: 2017-02-01 12:19 am (UTC)Ha! Um, I did it the old fashioned way. I just Googled "filter tags dreamwidth" and the first on the list was a direct link to that part of the DW FAQ.

Err...no idea, sorry. :/
Re: meta question & answer
Date: 2017-02-01 01:22 am (UTC)I will suggest it.

Date: 2017-03-08 03:21 am (UTC)The final touch is naming this long list of "don't shows mes" as "Default," so that way it's automatically loaded when I choose my readling list.

Date: 2017-02-02 03:55 pm (UTC)1. "Action tag" which inserts HTML for smaller text within brackets.
2. "Autoload comment pages on scroll" which may recreate Tumblr's endless scroll navigation
3. Define a CSS-type style for "text tags," which I think affects <tt> and <code> content
4. Imgur album specification, which is totally mysterious.
Darn.
Oooh! This may be the right one

claims it's compatible with Greasemonkey (FF) and Tampermonkey (Chrome). Now to see if it works.
